Account and data deletion

This page explains how to delete your information in Ferah, published by Darius Medya Limited Şirketi.

Ferah has no account stored on a server. Your information stays on your phone, and you delete it from inside the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open Ferah and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open Export my data. If you like, save a copy of your information first.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted

All Ferah data on your phone, your Ferah backup in iCloud or Google Drive, and the app's link to your Apple or Google account are deleted. Only uninstalling the app deletes just the data on your phone.

Subscription

This does not cancel your subscription. Cancel Ferah Pro separately in the App Store or Google Play.

What is kept

Purchase records are kept by the store and in our accounting records for the period required by law.
